JP Claasen has been practicing as a Civil & Structural Engineer since 2012 in South Africa and practicing in New Zealand since 2018.

Industry experience includes structural design of multiple industrial, commercial and high density residential developments, seismic assessments (Initial and Detailed), site monitoring and structure condition assessments as well as limited geotechnical investigation, earth retaining structure and stormwater attenuation design.
